1. You are absolutely right, after a lot of digging, I found the company registered in Arizona.
2. Imprint is a difficult topic, there is an argument which is a gray area and can perhaps be applied, that would be paragraph 5 of the Telemedia Act of Germany, which also requires an imprint for foreign companies if it addresses Germans. In a court ruling, only the possibility of shipping to Germany was sufficient. However, as this is a digital medium, I am not aware of any cases.
What is tricky, however, is Article 13-14 of the GDPR, which requires an identification obligation for data processing. In other words, the name of the processor, registered office, etc. must be disclosed. According to Article 3 (2), this also applies to this company.
(But not important anyway, as I haven’t found a privacy policy (Or Terms of Service or Refund Policy). xD )
