They try removing every 1 star review they get and what do we see here? They have all one star reviews verified.

tbh i agree but its mostly the reviewers fault they just rate 1 star and type OMAGA SHIT HOSTING DO NOT USE, like of course that gonna get removed but when you see people yap yap it doesnt get removed

hrzc it’s not that, mostly. These reviews don’t generally get removed that way. It’s not I should be proud about, but I have seen reviews getting removed, and it’s mostly when a person flag the review. When it’s flagged, the reviewer gets an email, which most of the people don’t care to see. They fail to reply under 7 days and the review gets removed.

Good to see someone calling out this company. They boosted their sales to quite huge numbers by paying mod makers to advertise a link and promo codes in their projects. A lot of the time BS can barely run these same heavy modpacks at all, at least not without major lag. When there’s issues with the modded server these server owners have a hard time troubleshooting them. I can guess that a lot of the negative reviews come from frustrated customers trying to run a modded server for the first time and having errors that they don’t understand how to read yet, and lag that makes the server unusable. They end up blaming the host for this lag and errors which is funny but unfortunate. The modded server community is a mess because of the over-complicated game engine and hosts like these that are making obscene profits on people’s suffering.
