Their are Few Steps and only 2 Docs you need to ask and any Legit Companies will happily Provide that No 1: CIN / Company Identification No No 2: GSTIN / Good and Services Tax Indentification No What is CIN? Ans: If a Company is Registered with Goverment they all are governed by PCI DSS Complaice [Data Security] and CIN is a no Govt Issues when they are registered company How to verify CIN? Go ahead to **** And past The CIN You got [Most cases Registered Company Will Give their CIN/GSTIN in their Website it self so no need ask] If they dont gave it their as them to give If their Director Name and Company Matches to what you need in **** you are good Why you need to Verify GSTIN also? GST Governs not only Taxes but also Makes sure a Company is Properly Audited and Auditing Means making all companies money is properly used an not in any short of scams as any Type of SaaS/IaaS/PassS will have expenditures for Raw Meterials and if they dont show Purchase Invoices to GSTIN authorities they will get panelites so if they have GSTIN they are not using Abused Nodes Probably How to Verify GSTIN? Go Ahead to **** Enter the GSTIN No you got from your hosting Website or you have asked them Make sure to match the Details to their CIN [Make sure everything Matches]

Since all the abover check was locked for Indian Hosting Provider here are some Universal Checks 1\. One Make sure its not a new hosting [in case its a new hosting and they are giving good prices do check their domain if its .com .ai .net .org you are good to go] ----> First Check Passed 2\.Make Sure they arent Using the followed providers Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure ---> Thats Probably Free Trail [OCI doest counts any more as their free teir has expired and no longer provided] 3\.Also their no of Carders along over here if see the host is using following Providers and still giving server as cheap as 1.5 USD starting price Umm they are probably Carding -> Providers --> Hostinger , OVH , Hetzner [This is Subjective] 4\.Make Sure that they a have proper billing website and not selling servers just in Discord [This could be a Scam] Check if their Website is not Paymeter ---> Its a free Billing Software that is mostly used by unprofessionals and Scammers as they do not need to buy a billing software, If a hosting cant afford 23 USD for WHMCS or 15 USD for Blesta then probably they aren't paying for their Nodes also a complete scam Now if they are using WHMCS or Blesta please confirm if they are nulled or not go ahead to https://account.blesta.com/client/plugin/license_verify/ for blesta and https://www.whmcs.com/members/verifydomain.php/verifydomain.php for WHMCS 5\. Never EVER Never Pay to any hosting owner directly instead ask them for an Payment Gateway if can be anything like PayPal [Merchat ID] ,Stripe , Razorpay ,Cashfree ,CCAvenue etc etc Never Pay them Directly to Bank Account weather via Wire Transfer , NEFT/IMPS , UPI whatever Never Use Crypto to buy they are not refundable by any Hosting provider [Even the legit onces] ***Please Keeping Mind you are the users are one responsible for so many scam hosting as if guys verify everyhost before buy it would to lead to automatic closure to all scam host as they cant ran without users spend your mind wisely do not use any random hosting on discord without properly verifing nerver beleive in their owner words rather ask for cerificates or registration no and follow the aboe rules***

I don't **think** that even most of the verified indian hosting companies will share that, as far as I know only 3 of these Indian companies 4. If im not wrong, even a very reputed host named "gbnodes" don't have a GSTIN.

This way New hosts will never grow, making hosting a monopoly, also, there are several scum hosting with these above domains and many hosts use domains like, ".host" and ".cloud" 2 & 3. This doesn't make sence 4. It's Paymenter, not paymeter, and paymenter is the best option for starters, and even if a host is scum, they can easily afford WHMCS and Blesta 5. Only this might be a valuable point.

## Also, I think that the best way to identify whether a host is a scum or not is just by looking at their trustpilot. 1. GBNodes wasn’t into my Legitimity Scale as they Lack GSTIN which failed to govern if they are nodes legally paid or not
and we saw it the main loophole for their abuse
So my theory is still not prooven wrong
