My friend has an MCS hosting server (paid) and wanted to cancel it. Made a ticket with owner in October 2021 to cancel server, owner asked last 4 digit of card and he did so, but didn't reply. Friend followed on with him in ticket for months, still the money got taken out of his card every month (about 3 dollars p/mo) until out of nowhere 200 dollars got out of his card and account still not deleted. Support is trash with owner (the only staff) not responding to tickets and the discord not having any "user talkable" channel.
