Jamie_ First off, their website looks like it was made by a 5 year old.
Would you be willing to give us some constructive feedback about it? We'd love to improve it, but with this feedback it isn't possible.
Jamie_ It is also slow as shit.
It depends on your internet speed (and location) but I do agree that the website response times aren't the fastest. The issue lies in how many files are sent over when loading the page as we haven't yet removed unused css. We're on that, though, and thank you for informing us.
Jamie_ Their discord is just a couple channels with 2 roles which is bots and founder.
How is this a problem? The Discord server has the channels it needs. A rather inactive server doesn't need a lot of channels.
It's linked on most (if not all) pages, and can be found here. After further inspection I was able to notice one of the multiple hyperlinks broken and this will be fixed.
It's a simple dashboard, nothing complicated. I decided against using Pterodactyl and developed my own one instead.
Jamie_ you can only make 1 server
This is so multiple people can use the service at once and not one user takes all of the power.
Jamie_ which doesn't even start half the time
This is an issue we're aware of but it lies in the server not thinking it has enough memory to start the server and I have to manually fix it once it happens. So far I've not found a viable solution but servers should start flawlessly most of the time unless there is too much traffic.
Jamie_ it has a bunch of random domains linked to it too
We can't prevent people from putting their domain records into our IP address. I checked the IP address of the working domain and it doesn't match ours.
Jamie_ Their panel that never loads
Your user loaded successfully. Your server is simply offline so the memory, cores etc. are displayed as loading.
It's on the same page as the ToS.
Terms of services and privacy policies have similarities and these were written using guides. These guides are publically accessible so others are bound to use these too.
These issues could have been resolved or/and explained without any problem if you would have contacted me, though instead you decide to go onto an internet forum and try to ruin a hoster's image.
This hosting service was and still is a learning project. I don't want to become the biggest or best host. I don't earn money through this. I simply decided that once I had the first hosting service done, I might as well make it public and promote it a little so a couple of the people who can't afford a server to play on could enjoy playing with them without a queue. Posts like yours and having to write an explanation at 6:33 AM isn't a great reward for hosting servers for free.
I hope this cleared some things up,
