We opened a ticket with a group called DirectXchange, to buy crypto using Cash App. They fulfill the requests entirely in Discord. We requested Litecoin, in exchange for 30 USD.
The funds were directed to another business name called SkinSwap.
After we paid they ghosted and banned us from their Discord server.
Please note this is not my trade, it’s Shershah’s and we wanted to test them.

At this point, i join their Discord and open a ticket to obtain more information.
I was banned from the Discord shortly after this.

Crypto and United States Dollars can be considered regulated, especially in the US.
They are accepting fiat via Stripe in order to conduct exchanges. This went to SkinSwap, the business name under Stripe. Stripe’s policy on this is also a gray area. These kinds of transactions are under Stripe’s Restricted Businesses because both crypto and currency exchanging is regulated activity.

Stripe is a regulated payment processor. Whatever you buy on Stripe, your payment information will be sent to Stripe and logged. This is not an anonymous activity.
It should also be noted that I could not find any of their own legal documents such as a Terms of Service or Privacy Policy on the website itself, it’s only on Discord. This is not a good setup.
I strongly recommend that you do not do business with a group such as DirectXchange.
