Neither can really be DMCA’d - DMCA takedowns are typically for taking down a website that is using your copyrighted material, which neither Drama.gg or stopusinghostfusion.co is doing. It falls under fair use as the screenshots etc are for educational & reporting purposes. For a DMCA takedown, Cats would have to prove he holds the copyright over the screenshots (which he does not as they are not screenshots of content he has created).
Filing a DMCA claim in this case could be considered a misuse of the law.
And besides, I doubt he’d pay the $200 fee or however much it is to file one given he couldn’t afford a $10 VPN and instead asked for a cracked version.
