Yes your right i shouldve denied it right there and then but instead i asked him to make a ticket and for me to explain why we cant do that, in no way was this for us to make money and he asked that BEFORE he had created a ticket and applied to be sys admin. And about the SLA/Privacy Policy idk where you got that we did have a privacy policy/sla page and then deleted them? if we did already have those pages created why would we of deleted them? like i mentioned as we speak im adding those pages.
