Don’t worry, our amazing sys admins can sort it out - wrong. They can’t even install a pterodactyl setup or a theme!!! They had to run around like idiots asking everyone they knew for help. The solution? They were too lazy so they used an install script for the panel which messed everything up.

their hardware runs off an ionos server for the panel and 2 fiberstate machines for the servers. And one ovh machine for eu - which has to be oversold to make a profit. They have no path upstream so they are COOKED

Hey, I just saw their website and how come plans don’t have SPECS nor LOCATION(s) listed anywhere on the main website. Going onto the main page of Billing is when you can see it. But ngl this website is mid since to get back to the front again you have to click “HOME” instead of the logo. 😭

What’s good, I don’t want to jump in being an absolute prick but I do want to say that they have a good bit to learn based off the last time I spoke with them. Installing their theme for them because they failed to run a single command, utilizing the BIRD installation script, and the said “SysAdmin” they hired who “hacked” their machines was just some random person who works with another host known as Darkless Hosting or some shit like that. But it appears they did it because the team was rude and wouldn’t listen to them about issues so I could see why they acted. I don’t support it though.
