As I mentioned, our bot was still in development at the time, which is why there’s no proof. My fellow support member was also part of that ticket and saw the same thing I did. Right now, I’m focused on rebooting the hosting, reviewing what went wrong in the past, and making the necessary improvements to offer a much better experience moving forward.
Regarding UK regulations, you don’t need to register unless you’re making over £1,000 a year, which doesn’t apply to me at this stage. Honestly, this whole thing was just a small bump in the road, and I’m over it. I’ve taken the lessons learned from this experience and I’m now more focused on creating a stronger and more reliable service. It’s all part of the process, and I’m determined to keep improving.
